Introduction

One of the essential aspects of life is to ensure we live a quality life free from stress. To achieve this goal, there is a need to encourage fitness, positive and good nutrition, develop better disease prevention mechanisms, and ensure better departure. Every person’s dream is to live a healthy, active life, which can only be achieved by setting systematic disciplinary actions that will boost individual health. There are specific plans that I follow towards the realization of healthy life.

Managing Stress

Efficient stress management can lead to a healthy and fruitful life as the modern environment is full of stress both within and external settings. The management of stress requires focusing on one activity and then handling each piece of work at a time instead of looking at the entire picture at once. Moreover, it is important to ensure better identification of what you can achieve within a specific time and set short-term goals in accordance with the plan (Ratinin, 2021). It can also be beneficial to avoid stress when possible by not engaging in problem-creating situations.

From a personal perception, it is vital to learn how to let go of some things. It is imperative to try to address some challenges, but if you cannot do anything to change a problem, it is better to let it go. Usually, individuals who waste time focusing on what they cannot change end up losing a lot of energy to the point that there is nothing left to resolve problems on which they have an influence. To manage stress, I would focus on dealing with emotional tension (Devarajooh & Chinna, 2017). This implies focusing on calmness, visualization, taking time for myself, enjoying hobbies, and taking a mini-vacation or reading interesting books. Releasing emotional tension, such as worries and anxieties, will help embrace positive attitudes towards achieving a better emotional state. Releasing emotional tension helps focus on being creative and talking to friends to cope with stressful situations.

Fitness

Fitness involves engaging the body in activities to ensure its health and fit. The power of exercise can manage stress and ensure effective body relaxation, which ties in with the previous point of stress management. Engaging in daily practices such as jogging, yoga, and football will improve my body and maintain better fitness. The other aspect involves active relaxation, which can help promote a healthy nervous system and improve hormonal balance. Body fitness is essential not only because of the possibility of having a healthy body but also having enough energy to engage in daily activities.

Nutrition

To maintain a healthy life, I consider it essential to learn which meals and snacks are beneficial to have during the day. This will help me embrace positive attitudes toward healthy behaviors by ensuring every meal has a healthy combination of proteins, fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, grains, and taste enhancers. Knowing that, it is possible to remember what to eat for each meal and set a timetable to ensure a balanced diet to generate adequate energy from consuming particular foods.

After obtaining a fundamental understanding of key food groups, another concern is to get familiar with the required portion sizes within each of such groups. This helps embrace positivity in maintaining the calories under control. To ensure the healthy nutritional value of every meal, I will create menus and use the basic structure to control calories for having a healthy meal. Nutritional plans benefit the body by helping regulate blood sugar levels, which is essential for good metabolism.

Plans for Disease Prevention

Disease prevention mechanisms are closely linked to personal conduct within specific environmental circumstances, such as disease outbreaks, which may foster the need for considering extra-ordinary protocols. Such protocols may include wearing protective clothing and adhering to the directives of the health professionals (WHO, 2016). A disease prevention plan should be embraced depending on the nature of statistical data on outbreaks. At the individual level, both external and internal hygiene can determine the nature of the control mechanism to be put in place.

For me, as an individual, it is vital to embrace the use of protective devices and promote a secure and clean environment. For infectious diseases, such as the current COVID-19 pandemic, it is imperative to avoid direct contact with the infected person and adhere to reputable medical health protocols. To ensure a healthy environment, health promotion agendas, such as building a healthy public policy and creating a supportive environment, are expected to strengthen personal and communal activities for disease prevention.

Getting My Life in Order in Preparation for Dying

Preparing for passing is one of the most challenging periods in human life. However, death is inevitable, and people should be ready for it. To ensure a stress-free departure, it is critical to have insurance cover that would lessen the financial burden of close relatives. Getting prepared for dying will also require social, economic, and political reconciliation. I will also get a health care proxy to facilitate favorable funding of all health expenses relevant to my care. I will also make sure to say everything I need to say to my loved ones and friends, including discussing family assets and inheritance plans, preparing the end-of-life planning document, and determining the end-of-life housing plans. Also, I will also write down the final wishes to my friends and relatives.

Conclusion

To conclude, personal health management is determined by the quality of exercising, a healthy diet, stress management activities, and safeguarding oneself from diseases. Promoting an effective environment will ensure that one can achieve the primary goals in advancing their health. No matter how complicated it may be, having plans for dying can relieve the burden of stress and facilitate a peaceful passing. Such plans include health insurance and honest and open communication with family and friends. A person’s departure should not lead to financial distress but ensure better relationships and improve the lives of friends and relatives.
